Nalaya is described as being 2 feet tall and weighing 20 pounds. She was last seen wearing a light gray shirt with cheetah print, black and white pants with a pink bow, and white socks that may have pink lining around the collar and sleeves. The baby girl was last observed in a blue minivan.

In connection with the AMBER Alert, authorities are seeking information on two individuals believed to be involved: Michelle Cheyanne Hemphill, 19, who is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. Hemphill has black hair and brown eyes.
