The Ripple of Market Correction: XRP’s Journey to $30

XRP has entered a “washout” phase, according to Korean Certified Elliott Wave Analyst XForceGlobal. This phase is part of a broader corrective structure that could set the stage for a macro advance into the $20–$30 region.

Understanding the Washout Phase

“We’ve been talking about this for quite some time,” XForceGlobal said, highlighting two extreme points of interest. The B Wave created a fake out point at the all-time high, and the current C Wave below the market structure of the previous low forms another fake out.

Elliott Wave Dynamics

The core argument relies on the measured target for Wave C derived from the pivot points of Waves A and B. XForceGlobal framed this not as a mystical level but as a behavioral marker where corrections turn emotional. He described Wave A as the initial counter-trend move, Wave B as the “overconfidence phase,” and Wave C becoming the reality check, where late buyers are flushed out.

“Basically, it’s a trap and kind of a liquidation structure,” XForceGlobal explained. “Wave A is the first counter trend, then B is overconfidence, and C becomes the reality check.”

The Emotional Resolution

Because Wave C is driven by “emotion and not balance,” it tends to resolve as a five-wave decline rather than a three-wave correction. The key is not that the asset becomes cheap but that sellers run out of ammunition, leading to divergences.

XForceGlobal suggested bulls and bears battle for a base in a volatile “free for all” zone between roughly $1.50 down toward $1.08–$1.09. He predicted this area could evolve into a buy zone after the five-wave move completes, with confirmation from a reversal sequence.

Making Waves

If XRP transitions to an impulsive cycle, with classic wave three, four, and five sequences, higher targets over time are possible. XForceGlobal noted $6 as a major level for profit-taking and reassessment, part of his broader risk-management approach.

At press time, XRP traded at $1.5887. The market’s direction remains uncertain but the Elliott Wave analysis provides an interesting framework for understanding current dynamics.
