In a gesture of respect towards the NBA legend, Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry donned some of Michael Jordan’s most iconic footwear before facing the Utah Jazz on November 24, 2025. Wearing the “Flu Game” Air Jordan 12 in the tunnel and the “Last Shot” Air Jordan 14 for warmups, Curry highlighted his admiration for Jordan’s legacy.
Curry’s Shoe-Free Agent Status
Curry is currently a shoe free agent after signing with Under Armour in 2013. However, the two parties announced earlier this month that they would go their separate ways. As part of this agreement, Curry will have full ownership of his signature “Splash” logo. His final shoe with Under Armour will be the Curry 13, which is set to release in February 2026, followed by additional colorways through October 2026.
A Homage to Basketball Legends
