The Bar & Lounge Safe
Here, you’ll find three Antique Coins to spend in the Parlor. The code is <10 >80 <30, which means left (clockwise) 10, right (counterclockwise) 80, and then left 30. You can also nab Grace’s S&S M232 pistol nearby.
The Examination Room Safe
This one is a no-brainer with its code: >30 <10 >50. Again, right (counterclockwise) 30, left (clockwise) 10, and then right 50. Same reward as the Bar & Lounge safe: three Antique Coins.
The Waiting Room Safe
Behind the desk in the Waiting Room, there’s another safe already open, with just two Antique Coins inside. Maybe it was raided by someone else? Worth checking anyway!
The Basement Furnace Safe
In the side room of the forklift access, you find a code from a Warped Closet: >60 <40 >80. That’s right (counterclockwise) 60, left (clockwise) 40, and then right 80. The most valuable item here is the Raccoon Roundup Map for Rhodes Hill Care Center.
The ARK Sterilization Chamber Safe
After making your way through the Lickers in the Sterilization Chamber, you’ll find a safe with code: >10 <90 >20. That’s right (counterclockwise) 10, left (clockwise) 90, and then right 20. Inside, you get a Med Injector, Handgun Ammo x15, and a Molotov Cocktail.
The ARK Monitor Control Room Safe
Adjacent to the Lobby where you need two orbs to open the door, this safe is straightforward with code: <50 >60 <80. Left (clockwise) 50, right (counterclockwise) 60, and then left 80. Inside are a Med Injector, a Bottle of Acid, and an Empty Bottle.
Insanity Mode Safe Codes
In Insanity mode, everything changes, but the safe locations remain the same. Here’s what you need to know:
