The Falcons had already ruled out G Matthew Bergeron (ankle), CB Dee Alford (concussion) and EDGE Leonard Floyd (hamstring) in their Friday game designations. Hughes was initially listed as inactive last week in Germany, but his status has now shifted to inactive for the Panthers game.
Starting Cornerback Question
